Len and Kevin Poole are licensed operators and run the daily operations of the business. Len Poole previously worked at Orkin and Terminix Pest Controls. The company has been servicing Caddo and Bossier parishes for over 35 years.

Permatox services many large and small businesses, restaurants and residents in the Shreveport-Bossier Cityarea. Some of the pest control technicians have been with the company for more than 20 years. All of the Permatox technicians are certified and attend continuing education seminars every year. Employees of Permatox also go through mandatory background checks, and Permatox prides itself on providing a drug free workplace. Permatox offers pest control contracts, termite inspections and treatment, bed bug treatments, and options for mosquito control.
